-When you sign up for the Forex Titan app, you are required to provide:

• Your email address

• Your phone number

During registration, you will see checkboxes for:

• Agreeing to the app’s Terms & Conditions

• Consenting to Email Marketing

• Consenting to SMS Marketing

Once you check these boxes and complete registration, you are automatically added to the respective communication lists.

2. How We Use Your Email Address

Your email is used for essential account functions, including:

-Account verification

-Account authentication

-Password or account recovery

-Important account security alerts

-General account maintenance

If you consent to email marketing, your email may also be used for:

• Forex Titan account update emails

• Marketing emails, including custom offers and promotions related to the Forex Titan app
